Making Reservations

  • Please call 251-861-6021 to make your reservation.
  • We accept cash, personal checks, traveler's checks, Master Card, Visa, Discover, and American Express.
  • A damage waiver of $50 is required to confirm. Damage waiver may be made via credit card or check. If made by check, we will only hold the reservation 10 days from date of your tentative reservation.
  • Reservations made within 10 days of arrival must be confirmed via credit card.
  • Rates are subject to change without notice.
  • Beachfront Rentals & Sales reserves the right to change unit assignments; a comparable substitution will be made whenever possible.

What we furnish:

  • We provide bed linens, bath linens, dishes, pots, pans, utensils
  • 2 single use packets of laundry detergent, 2 single use packets of dish washing detergent, 2 rolls of toilet tissue, 1 roll of paper towels and 2 garbage bags.

What to bring:

  • We recommend you bring laundry & dish washing detergent, paper products and garbage bags.
  • Beach towels, beach chairs and umbrellas. (Rentals are available on the Island in season)

Rental Conditions

  • RENTAL PAYMENT: Rental payment is due 15 days prior to arrival and will be automatically taken from your credit card on file.
  • ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE: Check-in is 3:00 p.m. and Checkout is 10:00 a.m. Keys must be turned into front desk no later than 10:00am on check-out day. If you check out after 10:00 a.m. during this period, you will be billed for an extra day. Your cooperation is appreciated so we can prepare the unit for the next arriving guest. We ask that when you depart please dispose of all food and trash. All dishes are to be left clean. Beds are to have used sheets and pillowcases removed and set by washer/dryer. Used towels are to be set by washer/dryer and please start a load of these towels. Make sure your grill is cleaned.
  • DAMAGE WAIVER FEE, DAMAGES AND MISSING ITEMS: A $50 non-refundable Damage Waiver Fee is required for all reservations. Manager requires a valid Visa, Master Card or Discover Card number on file in addition to the $50 Damage Waiver Fee. The Damage Waiver Fee is a non-refundable Fee that relieves Guests of the cost for unintentional and accidental damage to the Rental Property and its contents up to the sum of $500; Guests shall remain responsible for such loss in excess of $500. The Damage Waiver Fee does not cover intentional damage, theft, unauthorized entry into the owner’s supply closet, unauthorized pets, extensive cleaning required at check-out, smoking, exceeding occupancy limits or parking limits, and any other charges/policies in Manager’s Rental Policies and Rental Agreement including any fines imposed on Manager by the City, County, State, or Homeowner Association as the result of violation of any law, ordinance, rule or regulation or any fines or costs levied against Guest or visitors of Guest (Excess Damage Costs). Guest will be notified of any Excess Damage Costs in writing. Any Excess Damage Costs [being (a) unintentional/accidental loss exceeding $500, or (b) any other loss not covered by the Damage Waiver Fee) will also be charged immediately to the Guest’s credit card. Guest, by signing below, assumes full responsibility for any items found to be missing and any damage due to misuse, negligence or action on Guest’s or Guest’s visitors part, except in the case of normal wear-and-tear reported to Manager within 48 hours of Check-In. By signing below, I hereby authorize my credit card to be charged for unintentional damage beyond $500 and for any intentional damage, theft, occupancy after departure date or departure time, unauthorized pets, excessive cleaning required at check-out as described in Rental Contract, smoking, exceeding occupancy or parking limits, and any other mentioned charges/policies in Manager’s Rental Policies and Rental Agreement including any fines imposed on Manager by City, County or State as the result of violation of any law, rules or regulations or any fines or costs levied by any Home Owner/Condominium Association for violations of any Covenants or Restrictions by Guests or visitors of Guess (“Excess Damage Costs”). My/our signature and initials on this Agreement bears witness to the fact that I/we have read and agree to the Damage Waiver Fee section of this Agreement.
  • DAMAGES: We ask that our guests report any breakage or damage and settle such matters before your departure. All rental units are checked carefully after each guest departs and any unsettled breakage or damages beyond normal wear and tear may result in additional charges. Also if excessive cleaning is required this will be considered damage.
  • We reserve the right to substitute units of assignment should the need dictate.
  • Units Listed For Sale: We try to schedule showings during times when the unit is vacant, but at times we may ask to show the unit during your stay. We do not expect you to pick-up/clean-up for the showing; we just ask your patience and cooperation.
  • MAINTENANCE: We make every effort to keep each unit and its equipment in good working order. In the case of a breakdown, we will strive to repair it as soon as possible after we are notified of the problem. Notification should be made as soon as possible.No refund or adjustment will be made for mechanical failures.
  • KEYS: Any unreturned keys at checkout will result in a $85.00 re-keying fee. This is for the security and safety of all our guests. PLEASE RETURN ALL KEYS TO THE RECEPTION DESK LOCATED AT THE INN AT DAUPHIN ISLAND to avoid additional charges.
  • SMOKING: This is a NON-SMOKING facility including balconies. Evidence of smoking in units will result in additional charges. Smoking is permitted outside the unit only in designated smoking areas. We ask that you do not discard your cigarette butts on the lawn or in the flowerbeds.
  • PETS: NO PETS: A pet or evidence of a pet will cause forfeiture of the entire rent, immediate eviction and additional charges. Kennels are available locally.
  • PARKING: No boats, trailers, jet skis or motor homes. Limit 2 vehicles per unit.
  • SWIMMING POOLS: Two pools are available for your enjoyment. NO GLASS items permitted in and around the pool area. Children under the age of 2 must wear swim diapers. Children 12 years old and under MUST be accompanied by an adult  Please remove floats and toys from the pool and pool area when departing the pool. Floats and toys left in and around the pool will be discarded each evening.
  • SEAFOOD: No cleaning of fish inside a unit or anywhere on the property grounds. Shellfish: Please clean and freeze remains of shellfish. DO NOT PUT DOWN GARBAGE DISPOSAL. PLACE IN A LARGE PLASTIC BAG PLACE IN THE FREEZER AND FREEZE UNTIL GARBAGE PICKUP DAY.
  • Place frozen items in garbage on MONDAY or THURSDAY evenings. This will eliminate foul odor and bugs
  • GRILLING: Most units have electric BBQ grills for your use. CHARCOAL grilling is prohibited on the balconies. Brick patios are provided on the East and West Side of each building complex for grilling. You are responsible for your grill and clean up.
  • OCCUPANCY: Limited to the actual sleeping capacity, so please do not over-occupy. Having more persons stay in a unit than are properly registered is not permitted and may result in additional charges and/or eviction. Minimum age to rent is 25 years.
  • FURNISHINGS: Your condominium unit is privately owned; therefore, we ask that you do not abuse the furnishings or unit. Please do not rearrange furnishings or bring balcony furniture to the beach.
  • CANCELLATION: If you must cancel or change dates, please phone our office as soon as possible (1-877-551-1460). This is the only way to cancel. Keep in mind that the $50 damage waiver is non-refundable.
  • 1 nights charge including tax will be charged for cancellation 2 weeks prior to arrival date.
  • Full balance will be charged for cancellation within 2 weeks of arrival date and no shows.
  • HURRICANE POLICY: If we are put under a hurricane warning and authorities issue a “Mandatory Evacuation” order for Dauphin Island, we will prorate your rent and credit you for the number of nights you could not occupy the unit. The money will be refunded as soon as it is possible considering the conditions. In the case of a “Voluntary Evacuation” it will be your discretion to leave. No refunds will be given in the case of a voluntary evacuation.
  • LOST AND FOUND: Check thoroughly for your belongings before departure. Beachfront Rental and Sales is not responsible for personal items left in the unit. We hold recovered items for 10 days only and return (only upon request) for a $25.00 minimum fee.
  • AGENCY DISCLOSURE: Beachfront Rentals & Sales is NOT responsible for accidents or injury to guests or for loss or theft of valuables.


  • Beachfront Rentals & Sales is located in the lobby of The INN at Dauphin Island, which is located at 1801 Bienville Blvd., Dauphin Island, AL 36528.
  • Payment must be made in full upon arrival. Late arrivals must pay the next business day.
  • Late arrivals: Please notify Beachfront Rentals and Sales if you expect to arrive after 5 PM for instructions on where and how to obtain keys to your rental unit.


  • SORRY, no pets are allowed in any rental unit. Violation of this policy will result in full rent and forfeiture of your deposit.


  • Only two keys per unit will be issued to rental guests. If keys are lost or you fail to return both sets at departure, guest will be charged $65.00 to re-key the unit.


  • Due to limited parking we will issue 1 parking pass for a 1-bedroom unit and 2 passes for any other size unit. Any vehicle without a parking pass will be subject to being towed at owner's expense.
  • No boats, trailers or RVs allowed in the parking lot.
