  We had a minor issue on check in day, it was corrected immediately by the owner and property management company. The condo was beautiful and had everything in it that we needed. The bed for us was a little too firm, but for others I’m sure it’s great!! We will definitely keep this unit in mind when booking again.

  My husband and I found the property to be well maintained. Our particular unit 407 was located right in the center of the complex with a direct ocean view. The unit was stocked with necessary items needed for a stay, such as kitchen gadjets, dishes, and towels in the bathrooms.

  This was our 4th time staying at The Inn on Dauphin. We love that it sits directly on the beach and has some fantastic sunrises and sunsets. Tha units are very nice and most are well equipped. The cleanliness is ok. Better than in past but could still be improved. Dauphin is a perfect quiet get away and offers excellent biking. If you want to escape the busy, commercial areas like Destin, this is the ideal place.

  We absolutely had a wonderful time during our stay! The property is the last one of its kind along the beach so traffic is less. Having a beach right in your backdoor is great too. We found hermit crabs, sand dollars, and fiddler crabs. The staff and island residents were courteous and happily and helpfully answered any questions we had. Would go back tomorrow if we could!! Absolutely wonderful and relaxing place to stay; it's worth every penny. The condo was exactly what we expected and the owners have a journal on the coffee table where guests can read entries by previous guests about their stay. It's very helpful! It's where we learned about the Estuarium (great experience especially if you have kids). We visited Fort Gaines and drove to the USS Alabama Memorial Park (about 45 mins.) And thoroughly enjoyed all of the activities we did. Each of those were very enjoyable and reasonably priced. The condo has a beautiful view of the ocean and furniture so you can enjoy meals (bistro set) or just sit back and relax (2 wicker rockers and small table). We took lots of pictures from that balcony! The weather was beautiful! It was a great vacation.

  The condo was clean except for a grape on the floor. It had lots of kitchen supplies which a nice surprise. Had beachy decor. Do not recommend renting chairs and umbrella due to they were old and worn.

  Great location for sunrise walks to cove for dolphin spotting. 4 miles to end of island where a park is available for fishing or searching for shells. Quiet walks on bay side of island.

  Every year we make a trip of visiting new and different beaches. This year we found paradise at Dauphin Island and with The Inn. The unit was perfect, beautiful and clean. The condominium was very relaxing and quiet. With hardly anyone there, I didn't want to leave. We will make this out go to place every year hereafter.
